Commercial Master Key System Design.
If you have a business, office building or multiple buildings, all the locks and keys can be
coordinated to allow you to use one key for all locks while limiting an employee's access to one
entry door and their office. The primary benefit of a master key system is key control. With the
right plan, you only have to re-key a minimal number of locks when an employee leaves the company.

Note: All of our master key systems can either be set up using your existing locks or we can convert
your existing locks to a Medeco key control system.
KEY MANAGEMENT
Through the years, we have found that on the mid sized to larger systems (100 employees or more),
the master key system becomes more involved. There are more locks, keys and employees to keep
track of. That is when key management comes in.
Keyhole Security can maintain the database management software to track all of your keys, locks and all
changes needed. If you need to issue new keys for new staff members, call or email us with the
employee name and access level, and we do the rest. Send the employee to our store or we can ship
the keys to you and all the information is updated. We can then send a monthly report of
all the changes made.
