How it Works
Keyhole Security has certification, as well as a contract with Medeco, to carry a specialized key that is
unique to our region. The locks are built to allow only that specific key to work. Our customers select
the color and type of locks they would like and sign an authorization card that gives us all the signatures
of the persons authorized to have keys made. All keys are coded and numbered so that we know who owns that
key by the number on the key as well as who has the rights to authorize duplication. This has proved to be
a solid step beyond the old standard “Do Not Duplicate” stamped on the key that most hardware stores ignore
and copy anyway.
Key control not only has the benefit of being “bump proof”, but gives the owner another level of confidence
