The burglar and intrusion alarm industry is very competitive and there are many sales schemes and
gimmicks to get you to buy their product. At Keyhole Security, our approach is to stay
with quality products we trust and can guarantee. We test any new equipment to
ensure we sell the most reliable security products available. We provide competitive
prices without hidden costs. We educate the customer to feel
comfortable and confident in operating the system.
COMMERCIAL INTRUSION ALARM DESIGN
Typical approach for a commercial location is to provide several of the following features:
- Solid Perimeter Protection - This includes contacts on each exterior door, glass break
detectors, beam detectors along fence lines and outdoor motion sensors.
- Partitioned System - This allows 1 alarm panel to act like
different alarm systems. For example, 1 section of the building would be for shipping,
1 section for HR and 1 for administration. Each of these can be treated as an individual
system without the expense of separate alarm panels. This helps to customize and simplify
day-to-day use.
- Panic Buttons - These would be placed at convenient locations for a front
receptionist, a cashier or teller window.
This provides a sense of security to the staff that if there is a problem, they
can send out a silent alarm.
- Opening and Closing Reports - The system can be set up to track who is entering and leaving the building (or section) and
at what time of day. You can also be called if someone has disarmed the alarm system outside
of a pre-determined time frame or if they forget to arm the system for the night.
- Temperature Sensor - Perfect for a Server Room to notify staff if there is a change of temperature around
sensitive equipment, either too hot or too cold.
- Integration with Your Master Key System - This is a feature unique to Keyhole
Security. We can coordinate all means of access and use of the building including key
control. This completes the entire package of building protection.
- Annual Service Plan - Get the most for your dollar and have your system tested and
inspected annually, as well as any additional service needed. This can be included in
your Monthly Monitoring Plan and gives you a discount on replacement parts and service.
RESIDENTIAL INTRUSION ALARM DESIGN
Typical approach for a residential location is to provide several of the following features:
- Solid Perimeter Protection - This includes contacts on each exterior door,
and glass break detectors.
- Custom Interior Protection - Motion detectors are a great way to cover the inside -
even with pets around. This allows you to arm the system while you stay home, turning on
the perimeter and turning off the motion detectors; or, when you leave home, to arm
the complete system. It's simple and easy to use.
- Smoke, Heat and CO Detection - Include smoke, heat detectors and CO detectors to
notify persons at home as well as call the fire department in the
event of a fire or carbon monoxide detection.
- Environmental Alarms - Temperature sensors and water sensors are perfect for a vacation
home to let you know if you need to check on a problem.
- Cellular Backup Monitoring - This additional feature to alarm monitoring
provides a back-up system to notify the monitoring company of an alarm in the event your
telephone service is down.
- Remote Control - Control your alarm system remotely via telephone.
- Annual Service Plan - Get the most for your dollar and have your system tested and
inspected annually, as well as any additional service needed. This can be included in your Monthly Monitoring
Plan and gives you a discount on replacement parts and service.
- Integration with Locks and Keys - This is a feature unique to Keyhole Security. We can
coordinate all means of access and use of the home including key control. This
completes the entire package of home protection.
