24-HOUR MONITORING SERVICE
Alarm monitoring is a service Keyhole Security offers to customers who would like to be
notified in the event an alarm occurs at their property. The alarm system will send a signal
or signals to the monitoring station. The monitoring station knows what device was activated
and follows whatever procedures have established with regard to that device. For example,
if a motion detector is activated, the police are called first, then the homeowner, then a
relative. If a smoke detector is activated, the fire department is called first, then the
homeowner, and then a relative. If a medical panic button is activated, the ambulance is
called first and so on. This plan is custom tailored to your specific needs and lifestyle.
- Basic monitoring – This includes all burglar, fire, and medical
alarms as well as trouble signal and maintenance related signals.
- Openings and Closings – This has all the features of the basic
monitoring service plus it logs what time, date and by whom the system was armed and
disarmed.
- Fire Alarm Monitoring – This is for all commercial fire alarm panels
and includes a daily communication test. Our monitoring service is UL listed.
